Thank you to the wonderful staff at Kake Kutters. I sent my husband to pick up some cupcakes (last minute) for our son's birthday. We thought they opened at 11 AM (they open at noon) and the open sign was on, he tried to open the door. When the employees came to the door, they politely advised that they were due to open at noon. He understood but they still asked if he wanted to come in to make his purchase. This was our first time patronizing this establishment, but will certainly not be the last. They answered every question and even engaged with me via facetime. The level of customer service was beyond superior. You've earned our support and will highly recommend this black, woman owned bakery and sweet shop every time. Oh, we tried the banana pudding, which was light and airy, plus not overly sweet. Definitely made from scratch. I'll be back for my husband's cake in a few weeks. Wishing you continued success.

We were very excited to try Kake Kutters. We placed our order quickly but were sold a cupcake that was not available. We then choose a replacement and went back to our hotel. We decided to eat our custom cupcakes and discovered that we were given the wrong cupcake flavor. Great service but wish we would have gotten to enjoy what we purchased.

The experience, from top to bottom, was A1. I stopped in with my daughter on a semi rainy day. We both ordered a milkshake and a dessert. Her order consisted of the classic Strawberry Shake and Fried Oreos. My order was the Peanut Butter Lovers and a slice of cake. I had no idea my shake would come out so much like the picture (huge ?)! Everything was great and the ladies working were sooo nice and accommodating. The music helped to set the mood, the decor was spot on.... it's a 10 out of 10, would recommend type of place.

Northeast Ohio you guys are sleeping on this place. The customer service is excellent and the desserts of all sorts are to die for(literally) . The strawberry cake,red velvet cheese cake, and banana pudding all put you on your back. The prices are adequate for the quantity of desserts. Get out and support this place . You will not REGRET IT.!!!.

The lady who made our shake was really polite and patient even though our toddler was being loud and obnoxious, she even said hi to my daughter and made her feel at home. The music just paired really well with the vibe of the restaurant and I love the wallpaper. The cupcake shake we got was pretty good and there are so many toppings to choose from. We are looking forward to coming back!

Great this was great I loved my shake it was a little messy from delivery the banana pudding was 10/10 and then the cupcakes u can customize was a my son's favorite hight recommend to anyone I'll be telling people about this place

Me and my kids had been planning to go for quite a while. We couldn't seem to catch it open. However... Today, we were able to. Let me say this... The entire experience was AMAZING!! We got deep fried oreos, cupcakes and funnel cakes. They were all good? But thee very best part of our visit... The customer service!!! These two ladies were so sweet!! This will definitely be a often outing. Go support these ladies and treat yourself /family to amazing treats!!
