“The food was very tasty, but I didn’t love how they chopped up the chicken so the bone shattered, I kept getting little bits of bone in my mouth. Also you have to order fried plantains on the side. Their fried plantains were also not the best I’ve ever had, they were pretty dry and just tasted like oil.“

“I was in town over the weekend to watch a couple of Guardians games, checked into my hotel, raised the blinds to my room, saw the storefront sign for Unruly Jamaican Cuisine across the street, and my interest was piqued. This unassuming spot is positioned mostly for takeout, with few seats for those who choose to dine in, and offers a limited menu. Offers are made at the counter through a takeout window.I often gauge Caribbean or Jamaican restaurants by how well they prepare their oxtail stews. Unruly's stew had a little more heat than I anticipated ( guessing their recipe actually uses scotchbonnets vs. jalapenos), and it was delicious. The server even added in extra jus into my order ... As if she knew my heart. The portion was generous and reasonably priced. There also were bottles of fun, Jamaican sodas available for purchase. Overall, a good restaurant to satiate cravings. If this place were in Chicago, I'd frequent it often.“
“The most authentic, and delicious tasting Jamaican food I've had in a looooong time! The Oxtail dinner was super flavorful (with just the right spices) and meaty, the Curry Chicken was "all that," the Shrimp Curry was wonderfully delicious, and the Stew Chicken was amazing. I now visit this place each and every time that I travel back home to Cleveland, and they NEVER disappoint - EVER!“
“For one it’s so chill in there. I’ve never been somewhere i feel comfortable immediately! Two the food is sooooo good. I went for the first time yesterday and me and my children wanted more today. I will be back on adult time because they have a bar i was told they do karaoke. Eat good the friendliest environment and drink….. you can’t ask for more. I wish i knew about this place sooner“
“I’ve been searching for the perfect Jamaican beef Patty for a loooooooong time! I’m from Jamaica Queens and the beef patties there cannot be replicated…or so I thought until today! Not as flaky but FRESSSSHHHH! All I need is coco bread and this place will have a loyal customer FOR LIFEE! I heard that they do have coco bread, my hope is that they are baked in-house and bagged up for sale like in NY, but I will settle! Hopefully they’ll have it next time!“
