The food is great, sadly the waiting time is always so long. The employee spends more time looking at the kitchen then serving and the cooks are either slow or don't cook all the time because you're always waiting. Even when they open.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is my favorite food in Cleveland. I get the Jerk Chicken Bowl. Employees are always attentive and efficient. Great portions for very reasonable prices (at least if you get chicken). I'm sure the other meat options are worth the extra money though!
