“Great, I had a big order at the last minute and everything turned out great. The food was fresh and delicious and the staff had everything prepared on time and was friendly and professional! My company employee appreciation day was a success thanks to the staff!“
“Took a while to post this picture because I was in a food coma. This food is delicious. I've been living in CLE for about 5 years now and I wanna kick myself for not coming here sooner. I'm Cuban American, but Cuban food here is lacking. I was happy to find some extremely good Puerto Rican food to fill the void in my Caribbean heart lol. Thr staff was so polite and welcoming. The portions for a $12 meal is enough for two meals. I'll be back to try everything- especially the Cubano. ??❤️??“
“This little hole in the wall deserves more attention. Though they are usually running low on something or another, Everything that I've tried from them has been delicious! They are a small team of probably home cook that know how to make delicious food. Honestly, when I call to order and they tell me they might not have something I just reply with "It's ok, just make it good". They give you the hook up too! all their items can feed up to 2 people. Trust me, just try out their chicken empanada and you'll be back before you know it wanting to try out more.“
“The food was amazing, as was the atmosphere, but the cook is also the waiter and everything. You have to be willing to wait forever for your food, have the wrong food to you, and maybe get forgotten. There was another guy helping him out, but I was told that was not normal, and the young male disappeared shortly after taking our order and never came back.I was told by the friend who invited us that "the old cowboy" is usually the only employee, and there's only one customer. Tonight, he had a stream of customers and ran out of supplies. We didn't get our third drink for quite awhile. He brought the wrong food to the table next to us. We waited 2 hours for our food and he brought us an extra taco. I assumed it belonged to a different table and suggested as much. I said we'd accept it if it didn't belong to a different table. He left it with us.It was all absolutely delicious, but it was $45 for four tacos -- one of which we didn't order, 2 pieces of delicious Key lime pie, one $2 bottle of water, 2 $3 bottles of Jarritos, and he tried to charge us for chips and guac that we neither ordered nor received. My husband absolutely refuses to go again, but we had a good time chatting with our friend and the food and atmosphere were wonderful. I'd go again. Just don't expect professional service. And make sure you bring cash.Parking: There were a number of free spots available when we arrived, though I don't know if that's always true. Some of the other parking spots had parking meters.“
“A great local restaurant, and an amazing deal! The service was quick and friendly, the food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the portions were ENORMOUS.We weren’t familiar with Guatemalan cuisine; we guessed it would be similar to Mexican food, but not quite the same, which turned out more or less right. Less spicy than most Mexican, certainly, but no less delicious! The pupusas were a particular favorite of our family, and at only 3$ each, they are an unbeatable deal.If we lived nearby, we’d be back regularly. As it is, we’re inspired to search out Guatemalan food in our hometown.“
