KFC in Cleveland

“Food was beyond excellent reminds me of what KFC use to be, the quality was amazing flavorful mashed potatoes, thick gravy not watered down like many locations in our States, the biscuits were fresh, coleslaw fresh. Definitely was impressed and surprised I had thought KFC had given up on the quality product of our childhood memories. But this location seems to be upholding the standards that KFC originally set. Great Job!!!!“

“I stopped there today for my first time at this location- I want to say the manager, I believe her name was RACHEL Went above and beyond to make sure my order was correctly made, even made sure everything was fresh and my sauce was in the bag as I explained to her the only reason I came was because they brought back the PEPPER MAYO :) SHE IS DEFINITELY A GREAT ASSET TO THIS RESTAURANT. Everyone there this afternoon was friendly and willing to help, something you don’t see much anymore.“

“We had questions when ordering our food through the mobile app, so I called KFC and spoke with Xavier. He was so friendly, helpful, answered my questions and explained things thoroughly. It seems like terrible customer service, especially at fast food restaurants, has become the new normal and I definitely want to give credit where it is due to those who give exceptional service! He came up to tell us hello at the drive thru window to let us know it was him who we spoke with, and wished us a good night. Thank you Xavier for the little things that you do that make a difference and for your genuine kindness!!“
