KFC in Akron

“I love frequenting my local KFC.
The food is always hot and fresh.
My only complaint is this.... when I order a menu item that advertises that it comes with a sauce or gravy for dipping, I expect to get it. I've ordered the mashed potato bites that say it comes with a cup of gravy for dipping..... got no gravy. I've also ordered the fried pickles that say it comes with a jalapeno ranch sauce for dipping....... got no jalapeno ranch sauce. If you want your customers to get the full experience of trying a new menu item, make sure you put the advertised sauce/gravy in with the product!! I shouldn't have to ask or check the bag every single time.“

“My wife and I were in from out of town and wanted a place to sit down and casually eat. This KFC was exactly what we were looking for! The staff were friendly and chill, the dining room was clean and relaxing. The food came out quickly, too. We liked that all the condiments were out and available to grab by customers as we need (including butter). Some KFCs keep those things behind the counter.
Only area for improvement was the that the chicken tenders were a little over cooked, but overall enjoyed the food.
Nice place if you want to sit down and eat in a super clean and casual fast food place. We would definitely visit again.“

“I ordered through DoorDash last night and got the 6pc meal that came with 4 individual sides and 4 biscuits. It was the best food from a KFC I’ve ever had! The food was actually almost too hot to eat at first! It all tasted so fresh like it was just made to order (mind you this was at 8:30pm so I wasn’t expecting it to be that fresh). The order was correct and packaged with care. And kudos to the DoorDash driver for their speedy delivery after picking it up!“
