KFC in Akron

“Went 2x at this location and the time we had gotten there there was no waiting. Employees were friendly. Food came out nice and hot. Place is clean and well maintained. I normally dont complain but the reason for 3 stars for atmosphere was both times the music was way to loud and I dont mind loud music but while eating/trying to relax after work and having to feel like ur talking over the music and your yelling was alittle much. First I want to say i enjoy a wide variety of genre, however the first time they had heavy metal/grunge music blaring over the whole place and I dont think that type of music represents KFC very well specially with the surrounding customers were all much older generation. Other than that everything else was great.“

“I ordered through DoorDash last night and got the 6pc meal that came with 4 individual sides and 4 biscuits. It was the best food from a KFC I’ve ever had! The food was actually almost too hot to eat at first! It all tasted so fresh like it was just made to order (mind you this was at 8:30pm so I wasn’t expecting it to be that fresh). The order was correct and packaged with care. And kudos to the DoorDash driver for their speedy delivery after picking it up!“

“I love frequenting my local KFC.
The food is always hot and fresh.
My only complaint is this.... when I order a menu item that advertises that it comes with a sauce or gravy for dipping, I expect to get it. I've ordered the mashed potato bites that say it comes with a cup of gravy for dipping..... got no gravy. I've also ordered the fried pickles that say it comes with a jalapeno ranch sauce for dipping....... got no jalapeno ranch sauce. If you want your customers to get the full experience of trying a new menu item, make sure you put the advertised sauce/gravy in with the product!! I shouldn't have to ask or check the bag every single time.“
