I normally don’t write reviews but however how is this okay? I’m a manager in a restaurant myself and I would not be okay giving this drink out to a customer. It’s not even filled all the way as it should be. Do better kfc or just get new employees
I recently visited KFC after several years, curious to see if there had been any changes since my last experience. I ordered the spicy wing dings, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
The wing dings were quite small, almost surprisingly so. The breading was acceptable, a bit overcooked but had the advertised spiciness. Poor service. We didn’t get any of our sauces, my daughter didn’t get the stickers that were supposed to be in the kids meal and we almost didn’t get our drinks. The young man at the drive thru seemed extremely uninterested in doing his job from the start of our experience. He forgot to give us our drinks before telling us to pull into a parking spot.
