The new KFC in the south side of Akron near Coventry Township offers good chicken and typical sides. Despite being busy, the staff provides great service and ensures correct orders. The dining room is functional but not very inviting. Customers appreciate the fair pricing and respectful service. Even when mistakes happen, the staff is quick to fix them, making the overall experience positive.
