Always get treated good here 😀.
Last night on 8-28-26 I went for a salad. I asked for no cranberries and at first the young lady said that they were already premade, and then immediately stopped and said my manager said no problem at all she will make a fresh one. Wendy's is a restaurant that offers a variety of meals, including spicy chicken meal, Dave's double value meal, junior cheeseburger, and fries. The beef used in their burgers is fresh and never frozen, cooked thoroughly while allowing it to cool, resulting in a perfect balance of cold and warm temperatures. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure orders are taken carefully and meals come out hot and fresh. Customers often praise the food for being extremely fresh and the service for being very friendly and professional, creating a welcoming environment. The restaurant is well-maintained, with clean floors, tidy counters, and a bathroom that is always kept in good condition. The management team appears to run a tight ship, ensuring that drive-thru and in-house orders are accurate, with the proper amount of sauce, dressing, napkins, and straws. Although the drive-thru line can be long and sometimes feels like paying double due to the wait, the overall experience is positive enough for customers to drive out of their way to visit. Mobile ordering has occasionally been problematic, but the staff handle it with patience. Overall, Wendy's provides delicious, high-quality meals and a clean, friendly atmosphere that makes it a great dining option.
