Fantastic omakase experience! Amazing hospitality!
I am not a sushi person, but enjoy great dining experiences. This was definitely a fantastic experience. Food was fresh and delicious. Every individual bite was great and the chefs absolutely made it a unique and memorable experience.

Sushi by Bou - Cleveland @ The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland offers a fantastic and memorable dining experience. The sushi is incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of unique and delicious flavors. Guests can try 17 different dishes, with every course full of flavor. The atmosphere is intimate, upscale, dark, and moody, but never overly serious. The staff is warm, polished, genuinely entertaining, and makes the entire experience feel special. The desserts are also excellent. The chefs make it a unique and memorable experience. This is one of the best and most unique sushi experiences in Cleveland, with no local comparison. Highly recommended for a phenomenal omakase experience.
