“Located within the main campus of Cleveland Clinic this is a great spot to have lunch or a snack while waiting on your appointments. Our favorites are the Napa Chicken Salad sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. The chicken salad is chunky chicken with slivered almonds, grapes, and celery in a sweet creamy dressing. Food has always been consistent. I will say I don’t care for the self ordering system. There are several kiosks packed tightly together to order from. Also, this is also primarily a rapid pickup location.“
“I'd say the food prep & attention to detail at this location is better than average. They do a lot of take out, mobile orders. They don't have a super stocked bakery section but that's to be expected given their urban location. Good parking options, dedicated area for mobile order pick up, tons of seating. They tend to have a lot of dashers, and students, young professionals there. They have wifi and tables set up for working. You'll always see a good number of people working with laptops open. Have a second story of seating.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Nearly all bakery items are vegetarian too.Kid-friendliness: Fine place for kids. They have options to order smaller portions, have juice and milk drink options and allow customization of orders.Parking: Metered street parking on Euclid. Lot & garage off Mayfield that's free for 1 hr. If you park in these lots off Mayfield, there's a walkway right to Panera. There's also additional parking behind nearby apartments that are free for first hour.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is flat. They do not have automatic opening doors though. Wheelchair accessible bathroom. Order area and food pick up area fine to navigate- open enough to maneuver. The counter to grab food is somewhat high. If it's unreachable, staff can bring food around or set it at the coffee or bakery counter which are much lower. The drink station may be difficult to use depending on height, tho I think most of the supplies are sufficiently low. Is a second story accessible by elevator although I have been there when the elevator is out of order. There is plenty of first floor seating as well. There's handicap parking spots on the street (not van accessible) and in the Triangle towers public parking (free for first hour & can accessible spots)“
