Hi 5 is a lively restaurant with a great atmosphere, especially on busy nights like Saturday before Mother’s Day. The bar is popular and often crowded, but the staff, including bartender Sophie and server Mark, provide excellent service. Sophie is friendly, funny, and attentive, making guests feel special, while Mark offers personalized drink recommendations and makes the experience memorable. The food and drinks are highly praised, with many guests enjoying the meals and the overall vibe. The music, staff, and ambiance contribute to a fun and energetic environment that stands out in Cleveland. However, service can vary; some guests found it difficult to get drinks or attention from servers. Overall, Hi 5 is a lively spot known for good food, great drinks, and a fun atmosphere, especially if you want to enjoy a night out with friendly staff and a vibrant scene.
