“Great location to pick up a coffee while walking to work. Friendly staff. It didn't take long at all to receive my beverage once I ordered it. Good balance of ingredients. It wasn't too strong on the peppermint. Good value too for the size of the coffee beverage.“

“This is the best Dunkin around. The people are so kind. They always greet you with a good morning. The coffee ( mine is iced) made just as I ask every time. The service is so fast. I just wish you could tip them on your card. I don't always have cash, and they deserve a tip for amazing service.“
“Super-nice staff. Small counter in the university center food court. It’s popular with students so there is frequently a line while classes are in session, but the line moves fast.Parking: It’s in a university building and clearly meant for foot traffic on campus. There is an underground paid parking garage directly below it but not a quick in-out by car. However, if you are already on foot or pedestrian wheels (wheelchair, escooter, stroller) in University Circle for other purposes, it’s a quick stop-by for coffee and a snack.“
“When we walked in they acted like we weren't there. I ordered the grilled cheese which I thought came on sourdough, but arrived on rye, which was pretty good. Then the wife ordered a everything bagel with bacon and white American, which she says was ok enough, but really tough. The donuts we got were pretty dry on the edges, but decent enough not to complain. The worst part was our hot Carmel lattes we ordered that tasted like really strong coffee with some milk and a hint of Carmel in a small Styrofoam cup that was half full and waaaayyyyy over priced! This meal was what it was, a decent enough sandwich and donut almost up to par at a Dunkin that could have been anywhere USA... Id stop here again if I was in the mood for it...“
“Employees were friendly and service was quick. I ended up leaving my phone in the bathroom and being 3 hours away from home for an appointment at Cleveland Clinic, I panicked thinking it might be gone. When I called the manager let me know she had it in the office and would hold onto it until I got back. Overall my experience there was great.“

“We visited Cleveland from LA to see my brother we are STARBUCKS PEOPLE no ifs ands or buts about it HOWEVER the Starbucks was further down the terminal and we stopped for the first coffee we could (it was 5am). I got the butter pecan with caramel and OMG it was CRACK. LITERALLY SO GOOD. My husband got the iced vanilla latte which is his go to at starbs and he said IT WAS BETTER (I agree) so anyways we have been converted to Dunkin lovers. I downloaded their app this morning amd you get free drinks on there just like starbs. If you are a Starbucks person like me give Dunkin a shot. However, one thing I DONT LIKE, if you ask for light ice they will give you less drink... that's not cool dude. Starbies doesn't do that!“
