“Visited Dunkin’ Mentor Ave (near Johnnycake Ridge) and had a fun quick stop for coffee and donuts. The coffee was classic Dunkin’—smooth and reliable, perfect for a morning pick‑me‑up. I also grabbed a couple of donuts, and while they weren’t the freshest artisanal treats, they hit the spot with familiar flavors you expect from the brand.
The staff was friendly and the drive‑thru was quick, which is great when you’re on the go. Some items could be a bit more fresh or flavorful on a busy morning, but overall it’s a solid place for coffee and breakfast snacks in the area.

“The customer service at this location is hands down the best!! My wife is the PTSA president at the high school and she was coordinating a student appreciation event where she wanted to provide donuts to the kids during their lunch times. This means that over 2,000 donuts are needed. This Dunkin location was the ONLY place that was able to pull off such a task. From the beginning they were so friendly and we knew we were in good hands. The morning of the pickup they messaged that everything was ready. We came to pickup the donuts and they were so helpful carrying everything out. We filled three Jeeps fully with donuts. They even offered to drive if we didn't have room for all of them. The event was a HUGE success at the school and we couldn't have done it without all the great people at this Dunkin location. We would give them 100 stars if we could. THANK YOU!!“
