Dunkin' Donuts in Mentor

“The customer service at this location is hands down the best!! My wife is the PTSA president at the high school and she was coordinating a student appreciation event where she wanted to provide donuts to the kids during their lunch times. This means that over 2,000 donuts are needed. This Dunkin location was the ONLY place that was able to pull off such a task. From the beginning they were so friendly and we knew we were in good hands. The morning of the pickup they messaged that everything was ready. We came to pickup the donuts and they were so helpful carrying everything out. We filled three Jeeps fully with donuts. They even offered to drive if we didn't have room for all of them. The event was a HUGE success at the school and we couldn't have done it without all the great people at this Dunkin location. We would give them 100 stars if we could. THANK YOU!!“

“We go here every Friday before school as an end of the week treat. They are very very quick typically and almost 💯 get the order correct which is the best part. Nothing worse than kids expecting a certain breakfast and finding out we were handed the wrong bag.“

A few things set them apart. They always give pup cups, which my dog has come to expect and now pulls toward the second we get close. They make accommodations without hesitation, no questions asked, no attitude, just genuine willingness to help. And the staff are unfailingly kind.

I got to see exactly how kind under real pressure recently. I was behind someone in the drive-through who was screaming the F-word at the employee taking their order, and the team handled it with total composure, staying polite and professional when most people would've lost it. That tells you everything about how this place is run and the quality of the people working there.

Great coffee, great service, and a staff that treats every customer (and every dog) right. If you're in the Mentor area, this is the Dunkin' to go to. Highly recommend.“
