“I come here everyday. Everyone is so kind, even when I mess up my online order and ask them to fix it.
Also the manager here deserves the fattest raise. He is kind and professional but he is also always doing so much and you can tell he puts his all into his work! (I felt this needed to be said!)“
“It's one of the few Dunkin locations that never messes up my coffee order, which is very simple. It's just a matter of taking a few seconds to actually stir it and they care enough to do that. Sadly I can't say the same for a lot of them around the area.“
“After 4 sold out locations Dunkin’ Donuts , May 22 bucket promotion finally let my fingers do the walking called the Dunkin’ Donuts on Snow Road offered to pay for the bucket was told they could not do that… The manager actually called me back and told me they would hold it for me till I got there… He actually met me at the drive-through window and personally handed me the bucket. Today is my daughter’s high school finals she’ll be so excited. That was so sweet. Awesome customer service buckets adorable and drink. Taste amazing.“
