Also the manager here deserves the fattest raise. He is kind and professional but he is also always doing so much and you can tell he puts his all into his work! (I felt this needed to be said!)“
“I will go out of my way to come to this Dunkin. They are always SO nice and friendly. I messed up my drink order and they were quick and remade it and didn’t make me feel bad for messing up. Shout out to Kelsey; she is the nicest barista I’ve ever encountered. And thank you Taylor for fixing my mess up! You remade it perfectly! “After 4 sold out locations Dunkin’ Donuts , May 22 bucket promotion finally let my fingers do the walking called the Dunkin’ Donuts on Snow Road offered to pay for the bucket was told they could not do that… The manager actually called me back and told me they would hold it for me till I got there… He actually met me at the drive-through window and personally handed me the bucket. Today is my daughter’s high school finals she’ll be so excited. That was so sweet. Awesome customer service buckets adorable and drink. Taste amazing.“
