“I choose to walk in rather than wait in a 10 car line. No greeting, a wait of 2 minutes at the counter for anyone to make eye contact. I counted 8 employees behind the counter and none would offer a Hello or We'll be there in a minute. This was at 9am . May not go back to this location.“
“The Manchester Road and East Market Street locations in Akron are the only two locations where the coffee is prepared right otherwise it's bitter, has coffee grounds on it, or a mess. But I love Dunkin! The Green Ohio location is pretty good as well.“
“I bring my toddler here and the workers are always super patient with him and let him pick out his own donuts. Truly such kind staff no matter how busy it is they will always take the time to make sure that you're taken care of 😭“
