“I choose to walk in rather than wait in a 10 car line. No greeting, a wait of 2 minutes at the counter for anyone to make eye contact. I counted 8 employees behind the counter and none would offer a Hello or We'll be there in a minute. This was at 9am . May not go back to this location.“
“The Manchester Road and East Market Street locations in Akron are the only two locations where the coffee is prepared right otherwise it's bitter, has coffee grounds on it, or a mess. But I love Dunkin! The Green Ohio location is pretty good as well.“

“Dunkin is one of my go to coffee shops because they're everywhere, this one is close to my home, the staff here are friendly and fairly quick to get your order out, now there are times when they're swamped but that's to be expected, they're store is clean and the employees tend to stay busy even when they're not going through a rush, if you're in the area stop in and and see for yourself!“
