Dunkin' Donuts in North Canton

“I ordered two Box of Joe coffee's for an event ahead of time for an early morning pick-up. The boxes were on the counter and ready to go, so I was in and out in a minute despite the drive thru being CRAZY busy. However, someone threw away the receipt at my work and I was on the hook for almost $50. I went in (early afternoon when they were not super-busy) and asked if they could retrieve a receipt from 5 days earlier if I had an amount and an approximate time. The young woman behind the counter very patiently manually searched transactions until she found the sale and printed me a replacement receipt. This was clearly a frustrating and tedious undertaking, but she was very pleasant during the whole thing. I was very impressed with the level of customer service.“

The Lady working drive thru had the best, most welcoming, sweet demeanor. She smiled and was beyond polite!!! It has been awhile since I have had an experience with a happy worker. She made my night with just kindness!! Keep it up!“
