“Love the coffee and drinks but the food, have you ever looked at the eggs on there breakfast sandwiches. Looks like play dough.
The other thing is the consistency of their hot or cold drinks. You could go to one Dukin and go down the street and it be substantially different, even though it's the same drink.“
“Food was great and drinks were on point which was a relief because that’s not always the case with this company. I’ve only ever been to this location once and probably won’t return as being out this way was due to taking a family member to a medical appointment and not somewhere I normally go.“
“Gentleman working the drive-thru was very friendly and professional. He has a distinctive voice with very precise enunciation so we could hear him clearly over the intercom. We asked if he had done radio work or sang in a band. He explained about making announcements when he was in the military. Mystery solved :) The coffee and donuts were fresh and smooth, too!“
“It's dunkin' donuts and as part of a big chain, they thrive on consistency, but I gotta say, the staff was very friendly.The coffee was hot and tasty and my sandwich was done.Just right.I don't know what else could be said about it. Despite there being five cars in front of me, at the drive through, I was in and out in less than two minutes.I'd say they're on top of their game at this location.“
“I switched to a different location that opened since it was closer to my house but I frequent this one on my way to work. If you go before 9 AM, the line is long but the service is great and they get everything right. But I’ve noticed if I go later in the day, things will be wrong in the order. I just left and my drink was made wrong and half my food is missing. They are nice enough, but I’d almost rather they be rude and get my order right.“
“This particular location on Elm Rd has an access from North River Rd. The condition of this access Rd is not only deplorable but hazardous to your vehicle. A gravel road would be 100% better.... I realize they dont own the access rd. But with some pressure from the 5 businesses Im sure it can be improved.... I'm hoping for the best. I LOVE MY DD'S...“
