Dunkin' Donuts in Warren

“Very friendly cashier, and amazing service. I ordered a refresher, and a donut, my mother ordered a coffee and a bagel. Refresher was done before my order was even put in. Bagel was EXTRA toasted like we ordered. Coffee was amazing. The staff was very attentive and extremely friendly. It was clear they had pride in their work. 10/10.“

“Gentleman working the drive-thru was very friendly and professional. He has a distinctive voice with very precise enunciation so we could hear him clearly over the intercom. We asked if he had done radio work or sang in a band. He explained about making announcements when he was in the military. Mystery solved :) The coffee and donuts were fresh and smooth, too!“

“Food was great and drinks were on point which was a relief because that’s not always the case with this company. I’ve only ever been to this location once and probably won’t return as being out this way was due to taking a family member to a medical appointment and not somewhere I normally go.“

“I switched to a different location that opened since it was closer to my house but I frequent this one on my way to work. If you go before 9 AM, the line is long but the service is great and they get everything right. But I’ve noticed if I go later in the day, things will be wrong in the order. I just left and my drink was made wrong and half my food is missing. They are nice enough, but I’d almost rather they be rude and get my order right.“
