“After a 13-hour shift, I had finally finished my day at the steel mill when I got a text from my pregnant wife—she wanted doughnuts. Keep in mind, it was about 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8th. I headed to the Dunkin on Estate Street (it’s on my way home). When I walked inside to place my order, I was immediately greeted by a very kind young man, probably around 18 years old. My first thought was that this kid shouldn’t be working this late with such high energy. He was acting almost like he had just won the lottery. The service I received was absolutely spectacular. I think one of his coworkers referred to him as Zack. Nonetheless, thanks to this young man, I give it a 10/10, and I will be back.“
