“Having decent food is only half the battle, the other half is having amazing employees that are amazing people too. A prime example of what I'm talking about is Amy at Arbys Hermitage, PA location. She is an outstanding employee but a better human. When I came up short, she paid it from her own pocket without hesitation. It wasn't much but it meant the world and it was the difference between having a meal and going hungry. I came back with not only the money to repay her but her kindness as well and a little more for the love she showed me.”

“My dad n I went on thanksgiving. The food was not n fresh n tasty. The resteraunt was extremely busy, but nothing was ever empty. The service was spot on, kept tables clean and drinks filled. Every worker n patron had smiles on their faces.”

“Ate here last night, had chicken tenders on special 85 cents each and the $1 homemade chips!! Deliscious!! Sauces for tenders were awesome, and chips were thick and crispy. Can’t beat it, stop by, friendly people and under new management!! You won’t be disappointed.”

“I love their food, it's the best but I'll never purchase any of their fountain drinks. Twice I've purchased drinks and debris of some sort was in my drinking cup. I think that the lines aren't cleaned of flushed on a regular basis. Should you get a fountain drink, open the lid and check for debris.”

“At top of August, this location assured Mayo was not on my sandwich. They quickly ushered me out of the Drive thru. I am VERY allergic to Mayo. On our break we moved out of the way and hurried to our next destination. I later found a ton of Mayo on my sandwich. I called to pick up a sandwich later as I had to quickly find something else to eat. Still not hungry and pressed for my next destination, they offered me a coupon. I expressed I was from out of town. They promised to send a coupon. I received the coupon bottom of August or top of September. I took coupon to my local Wendy's and they refused and was told I would have to take it to the Wendys in PA. PA said there was nothing they could do as they gave me a coupon. I asked for money back, since I couldn't get my sandwich. Wendys said they did what they were suppose to do and there was nothing left (....no obligation). My ticket actually calls for a 10 piece nugget as well because I was missing one. nugget. I am mostly concerned about the principle. Please advise.”
