Based on the reviews, this Starbucks Coffee Company in Hermitage has friendly staff and great service. The food is hot, and they make the best Americano's with Vanilla Sweet Cream and the best pink drinks. The customer service goes above and beyond. However, some sugar-free drinks have had sugar, which is potentially hazardous for someone with diabetes. It gets a little packed inside quickly, but it is an overall good place.
