The sauce is sweet and flavorful, and the pepperoni and sausage are cooked to perfection. The sausage is particularly notable, with a breakfast sausage-like flavor that's not too spicy or hot. The pizzas are made to order, and the green chili peppers in the cheese add a great homemade touch. Luigi's hasn’t changed their recipe for great pizza since they opened many years ago, and their unique briar-hill type homemade pizza is a staple and legend of Hermitage. They only accept cash, and the pizza here never seems to disappoint. A wonderful family-owned business, Luigi's continues to bring back childhood memories for many.
