Really don't like when I call to order a pizza I get someone in a completely different country and can barely understand them. And it takes so much more time just to order a pizza dealing with these call centers! It took 15 mins to order 1 pizza and 8 bbq wings. Then i was told 8 boneless wings for $5 and bone in was $3 more. So i ordered the wings and was told a different price. I think its absolutely ridiculous! Its a Pizza Hut. Food is what you would expect from Pizza Hut. Very nice restaurant area. The only issue I really have with it is that they consistently make mistakes on my orders. Make sure to check your food before you leave with it.

Had one of the best Pizza Hut experiences ever at the Hermitage location. Food was very hot and fresh and the waitress was very on point! Never had to ask for anything! Will definitely be back again! I can't get enough of the bread sticks! Only downfall is I wish they would bring back the buffet!!!!!
