Really don't like when I call to order a pizza I get someone in a completely different country and can barely understand them. And it takes so much more time just to order a pizza dealing with these call centers! It took 15 mins to order 1 pizza and 8 bbq wings. Then i was told 8 boneless wings for $5 and bone in was $3 more. So i ordered the wings and was told a different price. I think its absolutely ridiculous! Why is pizza hut out sorcing a simple job such as answering a phone to take a simple pizza order? I know the people there can handle answering a phone cause they used to always to it! I am completely against this!!

I think pizza Hut is just okay and super overpriced food wise. However the inside of the restaurant on a cold day was super cozy and the waitress was so nice and attentive.

Its a Pizza Hut. Food is what you would expect from Pizza Hut. Very nice restaurant area. The only issue I really have with it is that they consistently make mistakes on my orders. Make sure to check your food before you leave with it.

Food was cold, overcooked, pasta was dry. Doordash driver didn't bring our drinks. Had to call and wait another 30 mins for those. Very disgraceful for paying 50.00 for dinner. Didn't even give me a receipt.

ok i almost hate to do this but i think i need to the food was the best pizza hut ive ever had and i finally was able to sit by the fireplace now its time to leave she brought the check and then asked for my card ( that seemed odd) i usually take my receipt to the register my self oh well she brings my card and i leave i get home and check my transactions pizza hut swiped card 3 times once when i was there and 40 minutes later 2 more times tuesday 31st 7:13. and again 7:56i wonder how many people they did this to check your transaction people oh yeah i want my money back

They messed up my order four times, the first time I received someone else's order which was substantially smaller and cheaper than mine. The second time they sent it to the person who's order I received's address. The third time they did it yet again and the fourth time they just hung up on me saying that they would contact the driver. this is the highest level of disrespect I've received from a food service.

I called in and the lady at the front used was cursing at me totally unprofessional I will no longer go to the Hermitage Pizza Hut I will be going to the one in Hubbard cuz they know how to treat a customer then usually when I go into a pizza I spend about $70
