Dunkin' Donuts in Medina

“Well to begin with getting to Dunkin was a complete nightmare. There were cars everywhere super hard to navigate not to even mention the snow that was covering the roads. Despite this I managed to arrive safely where I was greeted by a nice young worker at the front. Sam, who took my order and had it out quickly had great service. The order came out correctly and the food itself was excellent. It came out hot. Very good. My stomach enjoyed it, and so did my taste buds! My donuts were extra glazed and definitely everything I hoped for. I will be coming back here. I just hope next time it’s more easy to access.“

“We visited on a Saturday morning, they were a little busy but not too bad. We were in and out of the drive thru pretty quick. Our coffee was perfect! Usually from other Dunkin’s it tastes a little burnt but this Dunkin made it perfect. You could hear in the building they were communicating with each other about what needed to go out and what has been done. The person in charge was holding everyone accountable in a very respectful way. Our food was cooked perfectly as well. My mini bagels weren’t over cooked or under cooked like they usually are. I would recommend this Dunkin to anyone in the area!“

“Not sure if I'm visiting at a good time, but each time I've been here in the afternoon, I've been able to drive in and out quickly. I always grab some donuts and they're mostly fresh. Staff has been friendly and knowledgeable for me each time. My only complaint is that I sometimes get slightly stale donuts. Prices are decent for a Dunkin.“
