When we walked in they acted like we weren't there. I ordered the grilled cheese which I thought came on sourdough, but arrived on rye, which was pretty good. Then the wife ordered a everything bagel with bacon and white American, which she says was ok enough, but really tough. The donuts we got were pretty dry on the edges, but decent enough not to complain. Not allowed to pick up orders inside, always waiting on my food and it's very displaced (cheese all over, and burnt bread always, eggs not cooked all the way ? they put a full brick of cream cheese on a single, burnt, bagel ) and the staff usually have attitudes , and are rude when addressing issues.

I'm really sad because this was the only spot I'd go to for my morning coffee, they were reliable, fast, and friendly. Always got the other perfect. I don't think I've had an order accurately made in 3 months ? and hot lattes have been room temperature at best. What happened here?
