I'm really sad because this was the only spot I'd go to for my morning coffee, they were reliable, fast, and friendly. Always got the other perfect. I don't think I've had an order accurately made in 3 months ? and hot lattes have been room temperature at best. What happened here?

Every time I visit this Dunkin' I feel rushed with my order the person taking the orders always has nasty attitudes like I'm bothering them, they are always out of everything, and the worst part is when you do order and get your coffee/food it is wrong, cold or just out right disgusting. The only good thing is they are quick!! LolParking: The parking lot is tight due to drive thru line and multiple entrances and exits.

This store deserves negative stars!!! The manager Miya is racist, rude, unprofessional and the owner Andy condones this behavior. Andy justified his “manager” making racial comments and physical threats to his customers!!! These people have no home training and should not be in customer service! Clinton and Shamika should get out of this store asap they are too good to have people like Andy and Miya making them look bad! Do not waste your time in this store go up the street to the one in Lakewood much better staff and Natashia the manager is so sweet

When we walked in they acted like we weren't there. I ordered the grilled cheese which I thought came on sourdough, but arrived on rye, which was pretty good. Then the wife ordered a everything bagel with bacon and white American, which she says was ok enough, but really tough. The donuts we got were pretty dry on the edges, but decent enough not to complain. The worst part was our hot Carmel lattes we ordered that tasted like really strong coffee with some milk and a hint of Carmel in a small Styrofoam cup that was half full and waaaayyyyy over priced! This meal was what it was, a decent enough sandwich and donut almost up to par at a Dunkin that could have been anywhere USA... Id stop here again if I was in the mood for it...

Was given a iced drink instead of the hot drink I ordered. They told me to pull up and I waited 10 minutes just for the coffee to legitimately taste like it was spiked with NyQuil.
I ordered a latte hotcoco n 2 bacon egg n cheese sandwich the sandwich was wrong I took them back they fixed them I gave them a 5 dollar for there mistake then after leaving noticed my 6.15 latte was a plain coffee so I went back n order a new one n gave the cashier the wrong and he couldn't even apologize just accepted my money for a second latte and not even a good day SMH do better
The cashier that took my order was So RUDE! Unbelievable attitude and insulting comments. I am totally appalled with the service. I have never been so upset with the way I was treated after spending my hard earned money in an establishment. I will go out of my way and insist that others stop at any other establishment instead of that one. Save yourselves the disrespect. Go somewhere else.

Ordered donuts online on Christmas when I got there to pick them up was told they were sold out. They still charged me for them and they have not acknowledged my emails and of course never a manager available when I have time to call.

I’m giving them one star because last couple times I’ve been there they messed up my order. I had one medium coffee with four creams eight sugars a shot of French vanilla sweet it should be sweet it does not taste sweet.

Avoid this Dunkin if possible. They are horrible at everything. Even the grown people who work there act like kids behind the counter. Food is bad and drinks always taste bad. It’s just a failure as far as personal. There are other Dunkin nearby, that are in better condition then this one. Stinky.
