A group of six of us went to Lucky’s this morning for brunch to try a new spot. One person in our group arrived early and put our name in under “Savannah.” We were told the wait would be about 30–40 minutes, which was totally fine.

The food was good, but the awful service from a male employee (initialed B on the check) makes us not want to return! He didn't write down orders and had to come back and confirm our order, and at least those of 2 other tables nearby. I heard him tell a customer that she couldn't order the drink and food at the same time (because service was so slow and she had been warned of that) so she opted out of a drink order. I’ve previously always had good experiences here but when they kicked an infant out into sub freezing temperatures to wait 25 minutes for a table we found that 100% unacceptable. You’ve lost our business. I even asked the host about it and he doubled down saying he still had to wait outside. Unacceptable to do that to 1 year old.
