went to the burger king on denison ave in cleveland at 2 am on a wednsday night and got greeted by a young man name will they seemed a little busy but he was kind and courteous has a winning attitude every time im there he said he is the manager of 3rd shift he made sure my food was fresh and accurate just like i asked from the drive thru window you could tell him and his team are clean the store looked great thank you bk and thank you will i am most certainly coming back to see...read full review
Came here at midnight after a late night out 08/09 & got some food. Service was awesome, guy at the window was super polite & let me actually order without saying “is that all?” He said “can I get anything else for you today?” That little bit of a difference in tone & attitude goes a long way.
