Chick-fil-A in Cleveland

“When traveling & tired, it is nice to have at least one place in the airport where the employees are “NICE” friendly, smiling & it is almost like most of these other businesses are NOT capable of offering such a simple thing? I read many of the reviews & walked around the airport, visiting many businesses & most do not even acknowledge your presence? READ through the reviews yourself, a very common comment is that the employees are rude as most others businesses at the airport. Thank God for Chick-fil-A!“

“Went up to this super-cool mobile kiosk at the Food Court in Tower City. Asked for a plain chicken sandwich, and the server who was working the kiosk listened very well. Even the service here at the kiosk is excellent. And it's efficient too. It's always one kind act of service after another. In a very good way. Never will I forget this kind experience here at Chick-Fil-A Tower City. Will never forget this awesome experience in the Food Court. Plain chicken sandwich tasted super-amazing.“

“Customer service is not alive and well.
The customer is not always right as thought in the past.
I believe that the generation that is now the work force has been shortchanged by technology.
A smile , knowing how to talk to customers and how they should respond is not taught in this or any other restaurant chain, it should be!!“
