Pizza Hut in Cleveland

“I usually give this Pizza Hut a break as the consistency use to be pretty bad but recently in the last month I’ve been here 3x and the pizza and staff have been excellent!! Not sure if the previous manager is still there but he knew my name and always remembered and the same with this new one(hopefully he’s the manager) but man very friendly and seems to be happy to work!!“

“The pizza was good , they actually cooked it !!!The last pizza i ate from pizza hut was 20 years ago, i stopped eating it because the toppings were never fully cooked and i didn't like it. So trying a slice today was cool seeing this location actually cooks the pizza properly. I may try it again. But with nowhere to sit down and eat my pizza why would I ?“

“They are very fast and prepare your orders in minutes.
There is a very nice and kind man in Lorain Ave W 106 ST Pizza Hut, I was there he gave free food to a needy person (homeless).
He is regularly supporting people like that and I really appreciate his humanity spirit“

“Its a shame that workers call off (unless its a true emergency), this man was working his buns off, he was doing phone orders, door dash orders, walk in order. I called my pizza in,had to wait 30 more minutes, I wanted to help him so bad, he was making 12 pizzas at a time, trying to get those pizzas out. No one complain. If he can't get help I wouldn't blame him if he stop taking phone orders or walk ins or shut down all together. So im giving him 5 stars cause he was doing his very best 👌🏽“

“Last time I ordered from here, they didn't get none of the 3 items I ordered right. This time I went, everything was perfect. They changed the management and it's turned out pretty good. If they disappointed you before, I urge you to give them another chance, they've finally got it together and doing their jobs really well. Good food fast n hot. Well done, no complaints 5 stars“

“Atmosphere is irrelevant it's Pizza Hut in Maple Heights at a plaza by Southgate.

I ordered a personal pan with extra pepperoni 🍕 and enjoyed as I sat on the ledge and watched for my bus.

Customer service was as good as it should be. There's never any disgruntled employees however I noticed there were new workers and a brand new manager named Shavon who seems very committed towards great customer service.

Overall How quickly my pizza was expedited tells me that oven stays burning. I was hungrier than a Mug too!!“
