“I genuinely wish I could give this Chipotle a MILLION stars. Five stars is insulting. This was not a meal — this was a spiritual experience.
From the second I walked in, the vibes were immaculate. The food? Flawless. The portions? Generous beyond belief. The guac? Life-altering. I’m pretty sure I saw a beam of light shine down on the burrito bowl as it was handed to me.
And can we talk about the TALL GUY WITH THE VISOR??? Absolute legend. Icon. Hero of the hospitality industry. The way he moved down the line? Precision. Confidence. Artistry. He didn’t just make my order — he curated it. He constructed that bowl like Michelangelo painting the Sistine Chapel, except instead of a ceiling it was a tortilla and instead of angels it was perfectly scooped chicken.
Customer service? Elite. Energy? Unmatched. If every business had a Tall Guy With a Visor, the world would be a better place. I would trust him to assemble my bowl, plan my wedding, and possibly run the country.
This location has restored my faith in fast casual dining. I will be back. I will tell my children. I will write poetry about this experience.
Chipotle Corporate — protect this establishment at all costs.“
“Tina! You made my day😀☺️ 🌮🥑Guac All the way, all day! Chipotle was conceptualized by Mary Jane Brol for my BioDad Tony Laughing of the Navajo Nation in the late 90s (I was a lucky kid, born with two non gay Dads). Chipotle was his favorite spice. And the secret word for the Navy Federal $ … I digress, thank you again! This was the best experience because you all were so chill- keep that shit up!“
“The food was delicious. I live the Chimchure (spelling) it is amazing! They have this one young lady though at the steelyard chipotle who is always so sour looking. Not sure if she realizes or cares that she is in the service industry. Each time we have been she has the same look of I don't want to be here, and I don't care who knows it. Lol smh“
“I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews for this location. I work next door (at the casino) and have been coming here regularly for over a year, often picking up orders for coworkers, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and tasty, even when they’re busy!
The staff is consistently friendly, funny, and welcoming. They actually talk to you like a human, which I really appreciate. I’ve also seen how stressful things can get during rushes. Being downtown, this location serves a diverse crowd, and unfortunately, some customers treat the predominantly Black staff disrespectfully, impatiently or rudely, which is uncomfortable and unfair. The team handles way more than they should with patience and professionalism.
From my experience, this location deserves far more credit than it gets!“
“Recently moved to West Park. I love Chipotle and eat it quite a bit. I've noticed in the past year that's at some locations the service and Food quality is not always up to par. However Grandma at this location at Kamm's Corner, the food quality is always excellent no matter what time I'm there and the people are super friendly. Service is fast. This is consistent. As a result I am there almost everyday!! Keep up the good work“
