The employees were nice, it wasn't busy when I went at 7pm. But the portions are tiny!!
Went there with my friends the staff was so nice. One of the girls complimented me and Aaron let my friend sample the salsa to see if it was gonna be so spicy. The staff was so warm and welcoming it was fun to meet them all.
Everytime I come here the barbacoa looks dry and has no water in it. Never looks like that at other locations. Even the worse location in Euclid ave has better looking barbacoa

The staff was so nice and warm, welcoming and fun for all. The crew delivered one of the best customer service experiences, with exceptional visit today. Communication between line and kitchen was seamless, food properly seasoned, staff proactive at every step. Employee managing lobby saw us heading to register, immediately came over with genuine smile. She remained patient and cheerful while tech issue was resolved on phone. The team deserves serious recognition for efficiency and top-tier service. This Chipotle place is the cleanest, professional and friendly, food always fresh and excellent. With only three people ahead, service might be fast and efficiency. The employee energy makes every visit brighter and want people to grab lunch more often.
