I’m a local. Most of the time they are consistent, but in the later part of the evenings they are extremely dysfunctional and are ‘unable’ to serve the public. Last time I was there they only accepted online or delivery orders, and tonight at 10:40pm o was told their system is down and unless I have a delivery order they are closed.
LOTS AND LOTS of revenue lost to this franchise owner.
The food was cold and had to wait 6 minutes and only one car in front of me.
I sometimes stop here when I'm working in the neighborhood and I have to say, this is by far the most consistent Wendy's location I ever go to, for at least the last year or two. Service is usually fast, and my food from this location is a step above any other Wendy's I frequent. Keep it up!
