Chipotle Mexican Grill in Cuyahoga Falls

“I gave 3 stars for the food because the worker was scraping the bottom of the container for what look like food that have been sitting for a few hours to put inside my burrito. I wanted more fresh items. The workers seemed to get a attitude about it. Thats why I gave 3 stars for service. I usually enjoy coming here but seems as through they have hired new workers it used to be more seasoned workers that knew exactly what to do while working the line and making people orders. Things have changed, where are the old workers.“

“Went in tonight & the line was all the way to the door. Very busy and didn’t slow down as I moved forward in line. There were 2 workers on the line. One doing food and the other on register and getting the line what they needed
It was extremely refreshing to see 2 BUSY workers keep their composure and smile on their faces in the midst of business and inconvenient orders. Hats off to both workers. Ones name was Bradley. That’s what my receipt says.“
