“I went to the Highland Square Chipotle this evening. The store was very clean and the Manager Samantha was a pleasure to speak with. She was very professional and accommodating. I have been to many Chipotle stores in NE Ohio. And this visit will stand out. You have an asset in this manager. She could teach some of the other so called managers a thing or two! Thank you.“
“Since everything is relative I’m giving Chipotle a five because the Akron food scene sucks. It’s a symbol of what’s wrong with America-it has every fast “food” trough possible. Chipotle is sold but it’s only a beauty queen because it is next to a bunch of pigs.“
“This is the Chipotle closest to our house and we have been going here for years. Go in and order your food if you want it to be done right. If you order take out it's always skimpy. They do a decent job but struggle with consistency and staff. It's nit always the cleanest, but not bad enough for me to not go.“

“I try not to go there a lot because I am a bodybuilder and I want to stay in really good shape but in the spring and summer and fall when I'm working they're like a quarter mile from my house so maybe twice a week I will get the chicken burrito with white cheese Hot Sauce black beans and brown rice and then that is it it's a pretty good deal I think for $9, it's good yes I could get the bowl and save me Cal but I wanted the extra calories because I'm a construction worker and I burn a lot of calories when I'm at work“
“I want to preface I'm writing this review with not having many positive reviews with Chipotle.My Girlfriend, and I are from Pittsburgh, and we were traveling for a wedding. Stopping at Chipotle we were so satisfied with the staff. Not only did they have every single option available, they took the time to get fresh ingredients and accomodated our dietary restrictions. When we told them we don't eat red meat they made sure we got fresh chicken. White rice with no cilantro, and they actually had great Sautéed veggies. Pittsburgh gotta step they game up lol.Just wanted to give flowers to the positive staff and the cook was chefin it up like it was the grand opening ? Staff 10/8/2023

“soon as i came in a party of 20 people was in front of me as a group. this staff handled it so well, worked as a team and remained kind to each and every person they served. my food is well portioned and idk what they do differently to the guac here but it was better than any other chipotle i’ve been to and i go to chipotle like twice a week! of course i wish there was a place to sit but that staff was on point!“
