“I'm rating this as 5 stars because your staff is very happy and pleasant when they delivered the message that your company is incompetent to deliver food 2 hours before close time. Please consider closing your restaurant at 8:30 pm if you can't provide food. Learn from this“
“Although I have not eaten Chipotle in a very long time (I swore it off from bad experiences)- I gave it a try again Tonight. I had the pleasure of picking up my Chipotle order from Naomi (my apologies if I spelled your beautiful name wrong but it is pronounced “Nigh-oh-mee”) at the Ridge Park Square Chipotle n Brooklyn, Ohio. She was so kind and smiling bright- met her manager (Justin) also he was smiling and friendly too! I was simply amazed. Great to know some great people still love service and customers- Thank you Naomi- you are exceptional! Restored my faith in customer centric employees just like myself. Bravo! I will enjoy Chipotle again like I used to- because of this experience!“
