Fos was hella fresh an quick no waiting
Nearby my work, so I go to it maybe once every few months. I leave gaps between visits because every time I go in, something is wrong. The corn is frozen on the line, the people working are ignoring people and on their phones, and this most recent time I walked in to get my order and after I made it all the way up and got my food (the restaurant was empty) they told me I'm not allowed to grab my order that is on the pickup shelf. This is a busy Chipotle and I believe the staff are doing there jobs but after a while restaurant does not have certain items because the chicken is on the grill taking longer than usual I believe they need a bigger griddle but hey it is what it is. Can't blame staff for not smiling all the time because the customers are not easy ti deal with. Restaurant needs to brighten the dining area a little more it feels to dark.
