Update: After finding a bug in my food (and them implying I put it there myself), I no longer frequent this location, or really chipotle in general.This chipotle used to have pretty consistently good food that was cooked properly and well seasoned. The problem with chipotle is usually a lack of consistency with food quality, but this was a location I could go to and be safe. Now it’s still consistent, but consistently bad. They are constantly using unripe avocados for their guac. And it’s not even a bit here or there that’s unripe, you can taste that the whole batch is unripe and filled with hard chunks of unripe avocado. There’s also a 50/50 chance that your rice will be differing levels of unercooked. Tonight, my rice was so hard and undercooked that it was inedible. The meat is often seasoned improperly as well. And my fiancé has gotten sick from the food on a couple occasions. Overall I would highly recommend avoiding this chipotle.

This is my favorite one of them all! Very clean and friendly with quick service! The food was hot and fresh. I didn't have to wait in line forever. the Staff knew how thesetupp should be ( wasn't untrained like Tiediman rd) and they were on it! There were 4 people in front of me during lunch hours, people were also seated ( around 4 tables) I was in and out in less than five minutes with a smile on my face like all the workers were. Immediately, I was greeted, order taken and out the door. All with great Customer service! I mean, it's a chipotle! The service is okay, never have encountered anyone mean. The woman who checked me out was actually very patient as I used the app. The line can get long, but I've never been where it is out the door like other chipotles. Haven't been here at a time when they're out of an ingredient.Vegetarian options: My friend got an entirely vegetarian bowl and the options are good if you arent a picky eater

This is the first time I’ve been in this chipotle in about a year. Surprisingly, the last time I was there, both the rice and black beans were really undercooked. Hard black beans? Al dente Al dente rice. The tomato salsa was so-so, primarily because it’s February, so fresh tomatoes are in short supply. The young man making my bowl was polite. I got what I wanted in the bowl, mainly because it was both lunch and dinner, but the food in total was underwhelming. It was early afternoon, and not too busy. Seemed to have more on-line orders than in person. The overall taste was disappointing. I even tried heating the remainder up later, but both the rice and beans were still undercooked. Maybe I’ll try back in 6 months and see if it changes.

Real nice building, line wasn't long, staff was quick and nice. My only problem was that the food was pretty cold. The corn was frozen! It was like they pulled it out of the freezer a little before we got in and hoped it would thaw (I didn't, had to microwave food when we got home).Vegetarian options: You could just skip the meat option and get a completely vegetarian bowl.

This has to be the dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been to. I was there at 8:52 PM on January 29, 2024. I went to make an order in the food look like it was 37 days old. All the food was mixed. Cross contamination at its highest form. If there was zero stars, I would definitely give this place that. I go to Chipotle quite often. This one just happened to be on my way home so I figured I would stop and get something to eat. I looked at the food, and how dirty and nasty place looked and was , turned around walked right out. I’ll find another chipotle. On my way home. I will never step foot back in this location.
