“I've not had the best experiences here , however the crew at 5am on 08/03/2026 they perfected my customizations minus the extra lettuce and a fork but I am just so happy the food and service was great . I had ordered a single burrito for lunch and spent 25 minutes in line they made up for it , it's taco bell , it's not always 5 star“

“really appreciate customer service & quality of food. robot started talking to us taking orders but wasnt answering questions appropriately so woman working drive thru window stepped up - she was awesome and the reason for my review!! super nice worker. allowed me to get a beef power bowl & added creamer to my baja blast which i ordered. not a single mistake in our 50$ order which was a little tricky to begin with. very nice customer service @ window & seamless transaction. i wrote this review to give the worker @ window credit for the multitasking of door dash orders, taking orders over system, and doing window responsibilities. great qualitt of food too - will definitely be back. kudos!!! 12/28/25 8p“

“I went to this drive thru the other night to find exceptional service . I personally want to thank the manager. She is a 💎 to the store . The line was long and it was the weekend and even though we had to wait , she had a system to keep you happy and waiting. From dealing with door dash and the line can be a bit much . She let us know at the window to please look over what you want and give her just a sec she will be with us shortly and that’s exactly what she executed . I was worried to eat here, but it was my last resort didn’t have high expectations but honestly customer service was very good and the food was hot and tasteful so I do appreciate all that from their services, I definitely recommend this.
