Past 2 orders waited in line over an hr for an online order. Both times order is wrong. This location use to be way better regarding speed and food. No cheese or red sauce or tomatoes nothing smh.“
“really appreciate customer service & quality of food. robot started talking to us taking orders but wasnt answering questions appropriately so woman working drive thru window stepped up - she was awesome and the reason for my review!! super nice worker. allowed me to get a beef power bowl & added creamer to my baja blast which i ordered. not a single mistake in our 50$ order which was a little tricky to begin with. very nice customer service @ window & seamless transaction. i wrote this review to give the worker @ window credit for the multitasking of door dash orders, taking orders over system, and doing window responsibilities. great qualitt of food too - will definitely be back. kudos!!! 12/28/25 8p“

“Best Taco Bell I've had since the it's! Nothing lacked. The first time I ate a burrito that wasn't all tortilla and specs of filling. I'm absolutely astonished. All Twco Bells should use this store as an example as to what the food quality and portions should be and how employees should prepare food and serve customers.“
“Visited this location at 11pm on a Saturday night. The drive-thru line was VERY busy (most everything nearby was closed) and I had to have waited at least 15 mins before ordering.
The employee taking orders was incredibly nice and professional, even apologized multiple times, unprompted, kindly asking if it was ok that we waiting a moment before ordering due to how busy they were. I believe his name was Timothy based on the receipt - fantastic customer service.
That said, the restaurant is clearly understaffed given how busy they were. The service was great, so the employees clearly deserve more help and customers deserve a much faster “fast food” experience. Get your stuff together, owners/managers.“
“Tonight i came thru the drive thru at 2am, Tiffany explained over the speaker that it was just her and one other person working and was apologizing for the longer wait than usual. They were very overwhelmed, had a long line and she still had patience and still had great customer service. I didn’t care that i had to wait a few more minutes than usual & my food was still good. They could have easily been cut and dry given the circumstances but that was not the case! Tiffany and the gentleman she was working with were great and they deserve recognition for that!“
“Not sure if I'm spelling this right but Marian at west 150th taco bell always greets me with a smile and makes sure I am taken care of as well as the other customers. She is always a pleasant surprise to my days when I go there! Great worker and tries to make sure everyone leaves there feeling better than when they walked in.“
“Louis had incredible customer when greeted with my peculiar request. Was friendly, polite and quickly assure my request would be met even when it’s in the later hours of the day. Hope they’re recognized for the positivity just as the negatives!“
