“really appreciate customer service & quality of food. robot started talking to us taking orders but wasnt answering questions appropriately so woman working drive thru window stepped up - she was awesome and the reason for my review!! super nice worker. allowed me to get a beef power bowl & added creamer to my baja blast which i ordered. not a single mistake in our 50$ order which was a little tricky to begin with. very nice customer service @ window & seamless transaction. i wrote this review to give the worker @ window credit for the multitasking of door dash orders, taking orders over system, and doing window responsibilities. great qualitt of food too - will definitely be back. kudos!!! 12/28/25 8p“

Past 2 orders waited in line over an hr for an online order. Both times order is wrong. This location use to be way better regarding speed and food. No cheese or red sauce or tomatoes nothing smh.“

“I went to this drive thru the other night to find exceptional service . I personally want to thank the manager. She is a 💎 to the store . The line was long and it was the weekend and even though we had to wait , she had a system to keep you happy and waiting. From dealing with door dash and the line can be a bit much . She let us know at the window to please look over what you want and give her just a sec she will be with us shortly and that’s exactly what she executed . “This Taco Bell is the GOAT in the Greater Cleveland area. Drove through once in college (RIP Notre Dame) and they were getting robbed, still got my order in 10 minutes. Consistent every time, smokes any location in lake county save Mentor Ave by Great Lakes Mall.“

“Visited this location at 11pm on a Saturday night. The drive-thru line was VERY busy (most everything nearby was closed) and I had to have waited at least 15 mins before ordering.

The employee taking orders was incredibly nice and professional, even apologized multiple times, unprompted, kindly asking if it was ok that we waiting a moment before ordering due to how busy they were. I believe his name was Timothy based on the receipt - fantastic customer service.

That said, the restaurant is clearly understaffed given how busy they were. The service was great, so the employees clearly deserve more help and customers deserve a much faster “fast food” experience. Get your stuff together, owners/managers.“

“You will never catch me passing through Cleveland without stopping here. Spent 11 hours on the road and stopped at a nearby hotel and I love Taco Bell for its vegetarian options and these absolutely beautiful people here hooked me up! I mean I roll up on foot in the drive thru looking like a total maniac and demand a bean Crunchwrap supreme and they’re just like “I gotchu!” Like hell yeah thanks for understanding I’m just a poor hungry tired soul that doesn’t feel like driving a Uhaul through the drive thru at midnight. Great service, real humans being people, and I mean it is Taco Bell I’m not gonna pretend a bean Crunchwrap is luxurious or anything but it’s exactly what I wanted after that long drive and I genuinely appreciate them accommodating me being a weirdo lol“
