Taco Bell in Akron

“Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant so I've been to many. You'd be surprised but there is quite the variance in quality from Taco Bell to Taco Bell. I've been to this one many times because it's close to me. Their quality has been very consistent. I can only think of a handful of times where they either forgot an item (which they fixed without question) or had lower than normal quality like not properly filling a crunchwrap. And their staff has always been friendly to us. All in all, this location stands out above other Taco Bells I've been to.
I've tried the Taco Bell that's just south of this location off Massillon Road a couple of times and never again. The difference in quality between the 2 locations is astounding and the one off Massillon is not worth going to, even if it's closer.“

“They are very busy at night time because you got a lot of drunk college students in there especially on the weekend but they are really fast really great workers and I have always enjoyed my food they go as fast as they can and I don't think they get enough praise thanks y'all“

“Food was good and came out hot and fresh, but the dining area could’ve been cleaner. Tables needed wiped down and the floor had a bit of trash. Staff was friendly and the service was quick overall. I’d still come back for a quick bite, but it’d be great if the dining space got a little more attention between rushes.“

“Probably the best taco bell I've eaten at. Service was good. Had to wait on fries, which I don't mind, means they are fresh and they were. All the food we ordered was correct, and hot. Just overall great experience. Keep up the good work.“

“Went here last night, I picked a heck of a night to go to Taco Bell on Cinco De Mayo! Waited in drive thru line for about 45 minutes to an hour, and there were cars backed all the way out to Manchester Rd!!

Parking: Parking lanes are placed wrong as the drive-thru line blocks cars already parked in those spaces from getting out.“

“Ive been to alot of tbells. From Cleveland to Okinowa Japan and everywhere in between. This is by far the best one. Food is always made correctly. Workers are friendly even when customers are being rude. (Lady in the red SUV I'm looking at you) AND they're quick. They deserve a raise at the least.“

“THIS PLACE IS BUSY!!! You guys need to for one pay your employees more and or two, hire more of them.. Service here is slow, there are many mistakes made, everyone looks sweaty and out of breath all the time.. Meaning your employees are working their buns off for you and they NEED your help. As a construction business owner myself, I've had to deal with a few employees being lazy in my time... and I'm her to tell you that people here hustle hustle hustle and its because there isn't enough hands on deck for the various rush/es. It's the game. (Business). not the middle man that's the problem here i feel. Are you guys corporate or franchise owned? Im sure you won't answer, but perhaps you will take my words into consideration if you haven't already. Your location sits on a god dang gold mine. You guys have to be on the top of the game, not drowning in it, if you want to maximize your bottom line. Food for thought.“

“Had to wait in line for awhile which was a little frustrating but I understand staffing was small when I was there. When I got to the window though I was helped by (I hope I spell it right) Ashley Dean. She was super polite, kind, and went above and beyond for me. Thank you Ashley!“
