“Updated: visited this location again. Service is very hit or miss depending on the manager working. The dinner manager on 12/28/25 was excellent. Great service recovery skills, has a guest first mindset. Hoping to see more of his shifts.
My first lunch visit to this Taco Bell was disappointing. Food quality was garbage because the manager was too concerned about going to smoke with the crew.
Staffing changed entirely and food quality trended up.
Service continues to be lacking. I understand this location has staffing and retention issues but it's a little off putting when the manager won't even acknowledge people who have to stand at the counter because of issues with their kiosk orders.“
