“Kudos to the crew working around 9pm on Aug 9, 2026. With an overwhelming amount of orders, rude and mean customers, frustration overload. Your team handled it with grace and grit! Hats off to your new manager dealing with everything the best she could. Personally, I probably would have walked out the way some of those customers were talking to her. I felt so bad, I had to ask if it was ok to give her a hug.
Way to go to those team members who were there this evening, and even getting custom orders correct in moments of distress. I saw 4-5 people working.“
