Kudos to the crew working around 9pm on Aug 9, 2026. With an overwhelming amount of orders, rude and mean customers, frustration overload. Your team handled it with grace and grit! Hats off to your new manager dealing with everything the best she could. Personally, I probably would have walked out the way some of those customers were talking to her. I felt so bad, I had to ask if it was ok to give her a hug.

Cici did so well tonight when the system went down. She was calm, kept apologizing to me as I went through the drive though. She is an awesome manager and easily the person who gave me the best customer service from the place. I’m not even mad the food was wrong because of how nice she was.
They had some employee problems and closed before closing time. Understandable - but disappointing.
