While they were out of some things the staff was very friendly and accommodating one employee even went as far as to offer a hand make a hot chocolate for me after the machine was down in the middle of a rush.
This is really bad but has never happened before. Someone burnt the cheese BAD and threw another piece of cheese right over it. The bun is hard as a rock, definitely cooked or reheated twice. Can't even eat it. All that brown in the picture is the rock hard burnt crud..

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of not having drink carriers. It's a bit of a task to order 4 large coffees and 2 dozen donuts and carry them up 3 flights of steps.Food: 5/5
