This was the crispiest Dunkin drink I’ve had in a hot minute. From the ice to the sweetened flavor was perfectly executed. The barista put everything she had into my drink and it was a delightful experience. 10/10 will be here again whenever I visit

Hopping busy but exceptional food and service. I somehow got a goofed up order and I was irritable. The manager talked me down w a smile and fixed it. She should get her name on the wall of some honorific. But her tag said "strawberry mocha" so that name on a wall thing might be confusing. But all that to say, I wish they had a store closer to the interstate for us irritable weary coffee addicts. And if they don't have milk, it shouldn't cost to sub almond milk. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of not having drink carriers. It's a bit of a task to order 4 large coffees and 2 dozen donuts and carry them up 3 flights of steps.
