Steven greeted us asking if we were celebrating anything and it just so happened we were there for our twins birthday. He immediately handed them each an arcade card. So sweet! The food was quick, hot and delicious! We will definitely be back again next time we come to kalahari!”

“My husband and I had our micro-wedding dinner at Sortino’s and we could not have had a better experience! Charity, the restaurants’ general manager, and her team went above and beyond to make the evening so incredibly memorable and perfect. Charity made sure Mr. Sortino himself stopped by to meet us and spend time with us- making our night even more special 💕. Don’t even get me started on the food! Everything was delicious. Highly recommend the Chicken Marsala and the Anti-Pasta Board. Only complaint is how far away from us Sortino’s is (we live in Virginia) ☺️. “My daughter and I came in this afternoon after volunteering for the iron man we were starving… we sat at another downtown restaurant for over 20 minutes being completely ignored while everyone around us was being served so we ended up leaving and coming here… we sat outside a women greeted us at the door apologized and said there was only one server outside so it might be a minute.. which was amazing considering the last place we were at. We had a guy server can’t remember his name but he was great.. even though we did wait for a minute it was okay because we were acknowledged and not ignored. Server was super friendly and nice the food was DELICIOUS! 10/10 experience, we will definitely be back!”

“Calamari was EXCELLENT! Not overly breaded and not rubbery at all. Main courses for all of us were very good. Main course service was a little slower than past experience, but it was pretty crowded and wait staff was kind and accommodating. We will certainly eat here again on our yearly trip to Cedar Point.”

The only thing I would change is that they’d open up another store in vermilion/amherst so we could enjoy it more often. I feel like it would thrive this way considering there’s no other froyo near by! Might be something to look into.”

“Truly disappointed ☹️- got the most expensive item on the menu - lobster and grits - it was very salty and the grits were not southern grits - they were bland - I’m used to having the dark gravy (made with coffee). Don’t good chefs taste their food - and I couldn’t enjoy any taste of the lobster! Waited so long to go there- wasted a very expensive meal!!”

“The ribs are always cooked to perfection but my go to is a nice juicy beef brisket sandwich. The sides ( green beans, smoked beans, mac n cheese, etc) all tasty with great flavor. Assorted limited edition items and desserts are a fun surprise and never fail to be just as good as their bbq. Great customer service every time I stop there. Worth the drive and the money.”

“I've eaten there more than a few times and tonight, the change in bar staff really showed. I planned on ordering my favorite pizza in town- the Cubano, which has always been good with the mustard taste at the top and i ordered desert to go and sporadically added an app. All my bad there for bothering this poor soul behind the bar, asking why this pizza was covered in mayo, i guess they added more "honey mustard aioli" and shoved it back at me but it's going no where but the trash, so I paid, tipped, and as I left this poor man mutters "i wish I wasn't here" I get about 3 dinners a year, if that, alone without my kids and I'll go where your old bartender is next time, or anywhere that will fix their mistake and not shrug at me. I'm not here for Bike Week 🤷‍♀️ You re only as strong as your local supporters and I'm so sad my favorite pizza is just mayo now. He said they added more the cold sauce, what? Just what I needed, more sauce. I already asked once, he was clearly done with his night and honestly I can just take my money somewhere else, it doesn't matter. I know.”

“Loved this place! The staff were all friendly, the vibe is chill, and the food was phenomenal!

For any fellow vegans, our waitress, Kai double checked with one of the managers/owners and the Veggie Ramen is vegan! It's so worth it, and the spicy sauce they have on the table really made the ramen shine, if you like things to have a little spice. The only other vegan option in the menu is the edamame appetizer.
My partner got the spicy ramen with pork belly and he said it was delicious as well!

Kai was wonderful! Very friendly, accommodating, and checked on us the perfect amount.

Highly recommend stopping here if you're in town looking for some delicious vegan, or non vegan, ramen!”

It didn’t have much flavor, and the texture just didn’t work. The crackers were all broken, so it was nearly impossible to actually scoop the dip without making a mess. Compared to how great the rest of the menu is, the dip felt like it came from a totally different place. Just being honest—it’s the only thing we wouldn’t order again. Everything else? Phenomenal!”

Jax is always doing something to help their local community as well. Another great reason to visit.”

IF you have a variation, you don't always get the same consistency when it's right, or they they mess it up. My normal drink is only the same, in all the locations I have gone, 75% of the time. Of that, I have to send it back 5% because it was made at normal recipe.”

Along w/a sm chocolate frosty. I think the young lady at the window must have remembered me. Bcuz I was there the other day. And ordered the same thing. Only the drive thru was busy.
So I went inside.
But when I saw her tonight w/a beautiful smile as she looked back at me. Like she had a hunch that I was the same guy from the other day. She even mentioned that she put a side cup of mustard in my bag.
Just like I asked for the other day.
So she had to remember, bcuz She was right on the mark and on point.
Anyway my burger was "BANGING"
And I couldn't be more happier w/her outstanding service. And the pride she puts into her job was outstanding. She should be proud of herself. I know she made my evening a lot brighter. She showed me that she's able to put the extra effort in for the customers satisfaction. Imo, that speaks of professionalism, and a class act.
I wish I knew her name. To add to this review. But she knows who she is.
I appreciate people like that.
Although those folks are far, few and in between.
That's why they stand out like that.
Ya just have to pay attention. And pay it back w/gratitude, if get the chance. Anyways, I want to Thank that little darlin.
