The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better...read full review

The food is very good for a fast-food restaurant, and the fries are now cooked in tallow, which adds to their flavor. Customers can place orders on a computer, but there have been some issues, like not updating when certain sauces are out of stock. The parking is convenient, especially for those staying at the nearby Great Wolf Lodge.
The Frisco Melt is a standout meal, described as the best burger some have ever had, featuring a juicy patty that tastes like ribeye steak and is complemented by American cheese. The bread is buttered and toasted to perfection, making it a comforting meal for any occasion. The staff is wonderful, polite, and kind, contributing to a positive dining experience. Despite some changes like the lack of regular table service and missing pepper bottles, the food remains as good as remembered, and the Pumpkin Oreo Shake has received high praise.
