“Nice coffee shop with delicious coffee options and smoothies, along with a large selection of pastries. Kind of expensive, but that comes with the territory when on an island ?”
“Love this place. A must see part of Kelley's Island. Great food, great staff, and don't forget to stop by for their awesome coffee selection in the morning.”
“Delicious shakes and ice cream pup cups for the dogs! We had a nice time and perfect after a great dinner next door! Wife, I and Pup really enjoyed. Super nice people.”
“We didn't eat there, but sat at the bar for drinks. Service was attentive. When there is a popular sports game on t.v., it can get crowded. Food is cooked on an outdoor grill.”
“Tends to be pretty busy but you can get a LOT of food here. We got the Homer (sandwich) which is MASSIVE and the Kamehameha pizza. Took about 30 ish minutes to arrive. The live music is fun. They play games occasionally with the audience (i.e. Phil Collins vs Genesis etc)Also a decent place to watch the fireworks during Island Fest etcWheelchair accessibility: Bar is Wheelchair accessible”
“Great place to get some old fashioned ice cream. For what you pay they give you alot. We played mini golf 1 time and got a waffle cone included all for just 11 dollars. It was so worth it.”
“Everything is great but the ribs and hog rolls are on another level! Get the spicy sauce!! The to-go-to place on the Island to dance the night away and they have an awesome d.j. on the weekends!! Plus strawberry shots!!”
“Graat place to pull up by boat or the road. River is quick to help secure your boat and does it with a smile! The entire bar and wait staff was friendly and attentive. The food was surprisingly good, I was expecting "tourist" food and got so much more. The menu has many gluten free options, which is very appreciated. The shrimp and scallops meal (gf) was amazing, the scallops were BIG and cooked perfectly. The chicken brushetta meal (gf) was juicy and full of flavor. The fish tacos were very fresh with large pieces of fish and great for a quick meal. The shrimp Cajun pasta was also a hit with our group, a large serving of pasta and I think 6 large shrimp. All of the meals were very generous portions.”
“Always busy when you go on the weekend. Be prepared to wait for you food if it's busy. Otherwise the food is good (try the flatbreads) and the drinks are cold. Will ALWAYS come back!Kid-friendliness: Great area for the kids to run around”
“Great atmosphere. Fantastic food. Amazing friendly service. This is a nice place to stop by and grab a bite to eat.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheel chair accessible entrance and parking.”
“It was pretty good - we came late in the day for dinner. The bartender actually served us and he was fantastic! We got the shrimp cocktail app, mozzarella sticks app, bacon cheese fried app, chicken tender basket and a walleye basket. Pictured is the chicken tender basket - we ate everything else before I could photograph it!”
“The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Service was very positive. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. The location may be a bit off the beaten path, but that adds to the charm and is exactly what we were looking for.Rooms: Inn is in a converted 100+ year old stone school building which makes for a unique experience. Room was clean and comfortable. We used the stairs to reach our 3rd floor room which had a view of the lake.Food & drinks: Wine bar onsite is a nice feature”
“I don’t think I will take anybody by surprise here saying that this is an excellent business.Great attention to detail in their operation and a wonderful staff.Very glad you are back in the community! If you’re local, you already know. If you’re visiting wonderful Sandusky, give Mr Smith’s some business. They will not disappoint.Keep up the good work everyone! You’re a well-oiled machine!”
“Best meal I've had in a long time!! Compliments to the chef!! Our Table ordered the ribeye, scallops, pork chop, and fillet. All cooked to perfection, and fantastic beet salad, all at a decent price. And Lynn was an EXCELLENT server, attentive, funny and made sure my birthday dinner was great. ? Will be back often !”
“Sunny Beach Peach beer was delicious! Bait house salad with salmon was so good!!! Not a fan of the pickle pizza but everyone else enjoyed their food as well!!!They do add a credit card fee to the bill BEFORE you even pay. Just beware.”
“We stopped in this morning for breakfast sandwiches & coffee while visiting Marblehead for the day. The employees were really friendly, the sandwiches were freshly made to order & delicious and the cafe was bright & relaxing. Coffee was great as well. Highly recommend!”
“Beautiful Inn, Everything was ready, clean able to check in early enjoyed a nice bottle of their wine that they provided close to everything! Walking distance to the Marblehead lighthouse to local establishments for breakfast or for a few cocktails and fun that there is a winery and coffee shop right downstairs! Definitely will come back and stay again!!”
“I'm disappointed in myself for not discovering this place SOONER! Right by the Lake- great views! The STAFF- FABULOUS! We had a greek salad - shared it & shared a burger! Very good! Great drink selection & nice food selection! Plenty of seating! Ample parking! Live music when we were there! What a GREAT EXPERIENCE!??”
“Food is amazing! Not super expensive, and a great variety of alcohol!! Service is always amazing here! Garage doors are so nice to sit by in the summer. I wish the place was a little bigger due to the volume of people they serve.”
“This was my first time visiting Everwild and I will be back! The drinks were pretty amazing! I had the S’mores Old fashioned and a tasty Sazerac and for a bite we shared the Greek flatbread and the Carnetuffa dip. Both were a nice bite to enjoy the live music and low light ambiance. The service was amazing as we were not rushed and were checked on frequently to ask if we needed a drink and our waters filled. Overall it was an amazing experience for a night out meeting a new person in my life.”
“Best coffee/lattes in the area! Super friendly staff and great tasting coffee. They have pastries and ice cream as well. You must try this place. We will be back!”
“Amazing breakfast in put in bay. Great view of the main street. Server was amazing and the food above excellent. Great way to start your morning on the island. I highly recommend. EnjoyUpdate: We had to go back to Pasquales Cafe for breakfast. We were beyond impressed with this dining experience. Both days we had Sirena as our server and she is by far the best server we could have asked for. She kept ours drinks full, she anticipated our needs and she has that personality that just makes your day better for having been around her. Great way to start our day and end our trip on the island. The food was top notch quality. A must visit if you are at Put in Bay. Even two days in a row we were completely satisfied each time. Great job Pasquale’s. Highly recommend.”
“We've found our new favorite date night restaurant. The food was first rate, we enjoyed our drinks, and the atmosphere was totally chill. We were talking about what a nice evening we had as soon as we woke up the next morning.”
“Such a cute, cozy bar and the owner and patrons are beyond friendly. We felt really welcome and we will definitely be back this summer. The grapefruit mimosa was delicious.”
“For being one of 3 food places on the island it’s not bad. The pizza was okay nothing special and we ordered twice from here( over phone for pick up) food was always ready when I got there. I did like my Italian sub….I also got us a soft pretzel with cheese and I wouldn’t get that again. 9.99$ for a regular sized pretzel and the bottom of the pretzel was hard. I also paid the extra 1$ for the mustard and I didn’t care for it.”
“We went to Crush last year for my wife's birthday and it was wonderful! What made it wonderful was our waiter. He recommended the perfect wine for our dinner. This time we had a pretty inexperienced waitress. Our meal was perfect, but we struggled to find the right wine and they didn't have the wine we wanted to have with our dinner.”
“What an awesome place this is! We first went in July 2023 (perfectly en route from Chicago to NE Ohio) not really sure what to expect. First off, the food was incredible. We got the pho and seaweed salad. Both were phocking pho-nom-nom-nom-inal. The beer was just as good. The selection from IPAs to sours...all fantastic. The IPAs rival Treehouse, no joke.We came back end of January 2024. This time super pumped with high expectations. The website and social media said nothing about the brewery and restaurant being closed, so when we arrived and were told they were closed, we were super bummed. The owner could tell how disappointed we were and treated us to lots of beers (cans and draft...all awesome and on the house) and even ordered us some food. It was such an awesome experience and was so much fun. We stayed for multiple hours and hung out with the owner and his buddy. The only bummer was that we didn't get any of the pho or seaweed salad. I sure hope to be able to come back one day!”
“This review comes from both my personal and professional experience with Bake Erie. Recently they did the wedding cake and a plethora of desserts for a wedding at our venue. Not only was everything stunning visually but tasted phenomenal ~I heard this first hand from the guests!I also personally have a slight obsession with her baked goods. Everything I’ve tried has been outstanding! I’m a life long convert for everything Bake Erie!”
“Jami is amazing she helped so much !! She is the best bartender around. She showed the way around island and is fantastic will be coming again just to see her!??”
“I've been going to the Pump for years. It is my go to for lunch or dinner on the island. The staff is friendly and the food is very good. Also one of the few, if not the only, restaurant/bar on the island with a pool table, so it is a great place as a night spot too. Try the fish tacos. They're the best! And don't forget their special hot sauce for the tacos and the fries.”
