What an awesome place this is! We first went in July 2023 (perfectly en route from Chicago to NE Ohio) not really sure what to expect. First off, the food was incredible. We got the pho and seaweed salad. Both were phocking pho-nom-nom-nom-inal. The beer was just as good. The selection from IPAs to sours...all fantastic. I come to their bar downtown, Small City, and you see a lot of the CLAG original brews available. Everything from start to finish, bottle to shelf, to the glasses they serve is actually perfectly balanced. Holds true to the breweries name. I ain't even a huge beer fan and I still like their beer's taste.
We came randomly on a Sunday hoping for some food, beer and to check this place out as have read so many good things! Sadly, no food was being served but we did enjoy a delicious DIPA called Transfusion recommended by the bartender (so good that we decided to buy a 4-pack for home).
