Extremely dissatisfied with our experience. I called this morning to pickup a swing set they were going to hold aside for us to pickup. When we arrived at the store the customer service desk was unaware of the situation and were sent to pay. One of the cashiers contacted multiple managers and no one knew about it. Turns out the store manager was in a "Zoom Meeting" and no one was able to contact this manager. All of the employees seemed to care less about this sale of $1,500+....read full review
Great deals as well as have everything for all your family members! Make this your one stop shop! And also love the food at the cafe can take the kids there to eat and not break the bank!
My husband and I would like to thank Tanner for stopping and asking if we needed help with putting a rather large item into our car keeping himself outside in the cold and wind longer than he needed to be.
He is a young man your store should be proud to have as an employee.
